Do a good job of talent matching, strengthen team building

On July 12, 2019, our hr department participated in the DISC personality assessment and team building, the 49th session of hr director salon organized by dongying human resource service industry association. Through the theory study and assessment DISC, reveals the relationship and difference between character and behavior, using the theory of the DISC to understand team members working condition and stress, learn to DISC team analysis technology, understand the team behavior patterns, help the company managers to determine the leadership style of matching, to promote team cooperation and improve enterprise core competitiveness.
