Healthy Development of Enterprises with Social Security Fee Reduction and Burden Reduction
On the morning of June 1, 2019, the Human Resources Department of our company participated in the third special continuing education training of professional and technical personnel on "Social Insurance Fee Reduction and Burden Reduction Policy" organized by Dongying Entrepreneurship and Employment Center in 2019. The main training contents include "Interpretation of Social Insurance Fee Reduction Policy", "Early Examination of Retirement Qualifications" and "Online Examination" of Old-age Treatment","Online Declaration and Payment of Social Insurance". Explanation of Fee Procedure, Interpretation of Industrial Injury Insurance Integration and Internet Settlement Policy. Through the study of social insurance related policies, it is conducive to the further development of the company's related work. After the implementation of the new policies, the contribution rate of social insurance has been reduced by 2.3 percentage points, which enhances the vitality of the company and makes the company healthy and sustainable development.
