Effectively Support Small and Micro Enterprises and Promote Development Progress

On February 14, 2019, the State Office issued the Guiding Opinions on Effectively Supporting the Development of Small and Micro Enterprises and "Agriculture, Countryside and Agriculture". It put forward such issues as difficulty and high cost of financing, focusing on supporting small and micro enterprises and the main body of agriculture, countryside and farmers, effectively reducing the cost of comprehensive financing of small and micro enterprises and agriculture, continuously increasing the proportion of small-scale farmers, and effectively promoting the development of private enterprises.
