Report on Participating in the Training and Learning of Enterprise Lecture Hall in Development Zone

In response to the work requirements of the municipal party Committee and the municipal government on "building a team of high-quality entrepreneurs", help enterprises improve their management level and promote their high-quality development. On March 26, 2021, our company participated in the training and study of "Self-Iteration of Managers-Building High-Efficiency Management Organization" organized by the Enterprise Lecture Hall of Dongying Economic and Technological Development Zone. 

Through some vivid cases, the trainers of this training let the trainers know the shortcomings in their work and how to solve and improve their management level by watching videos, so as to achieve the purpose of improving work efficiency and effectiveness. Through training and study, we not only enrich the theoretical knowledge, but also broaden our horizons, emancipate our minds and benefit a lot.
